STEP BY STEP
01

Build and copy the calculator

Configure the template, assumptions, brand colors, and optional HTTPS booking link in RapidReply, then select Copy embed.

Drag in the HTML widget

Open the Elementor editor, find the HTML widget with the </> icon in the widget library, and drag it to the page location where the calculator should appear.

Paste, preview, and publish

Paste the RapidReply iframe into the HTML text area, preview the page at desktop and mobile sizes, then update or publish when the full calculator is visible.

Four quick checks

  • Confirm the calculator fits on desktop and mobile.
  • Change one builder assumption and confirm the displayed estimate updates.
  • If you added a button, confirm its displayed hostname and destination are yours.
  • Keep the planning-estimate disclaimer visible below the result.
PLATFORM NOTE

Elementor requirements

Elementor restricts access to the HTML widget to administrators by default because embedded code can be unsafe. Keep that permission limited, and paste only the iframe generated by the RapidReply builder.
