PLAIN-LANGUAGE DATA USE

The calculator keeps customer details out of RapidReply.

This notice describes the current free builder, website embed, and founding-beta request form. It does not make claims about features that have not launched.

Free calculator, preview, and embed

Calculator inputs and results are processed in the visitor’s browser. RapidReply does not ask for or store homeowner names, phone numbers, addresses, messages, or calculator inputs.

A copied or shared preview link contains the business name, selected template, assumptions, colors, and optional booking destination in its URL so another person can see the same configuration. Anyone with that link can view those business settings, so the builder asks the business to review them before sharing. RapidReply does not store those settings in its application database.

A business can optionally add an HTTPS booking or contact link. The visitor opens that customer-owned page directly; RapidReply does not receive the form or booking details and does not store the destination URL in its application database.

The RapidReply badge on an embedded widget uses a fixed, allowlisted product-source tag. It identifies the visit as coming from a RapidReply widget, but does not include the host page URL or path.

For aggregate product measurement, the app stores an event name, selected trade, referring hostname when available or a normalized source for an allowlisted RapidReply campaign link, and timestamp. It does not store arbitrary campaign parameters, the referring page path, IP address, browser user-agent, calculator settings, or booking destination in the application database.

Founding-beta requests

If a business voluntarily requests beta access, RapidReply stores its company name, work email, selected plan interest, calculator template, calculator assumptions, estimated result, and submission time. These fields are used to evaluate demand and manage future beta access.

How the data is used

  • Measure whether the builder is useful and whether paid plans have genuine demand.
  • Prioritize product improvements and future beta invitations.
  • Detect obviously automated or invalid submissions.

What RapidReply does not do

  • Sell submitted business details or use them for third-party advertising.
  • Store consumer leads generated by a customer’s website.
  • Make automated decisions about people or send AI-generated sales outreach.

Retention

Beta records are retained only while they are needed to evaluate or operate the founding beta. The product will publish a dedicated support and deletion-request channel before paid accounts or customer lead features launch.
